VFD announcement would be the sort of thing you would advertise via a news service or Twitter rather than an announcement. I guess with the SP drop they want to try and do something to stabilize things and didn't have anything else to say. It's not lost on me that the last raise was done as a top up with AIM still potentially being in frame at the time, they now face a potentially devastating raise well below the levels that WGs strong support has bought in at, they are paying a lot of people now.
So with no AIM to save them they need to hit all stated milestones this year I.e sales and cash flow positive or PYs position with FGR is finished and remuneration should get a whack too. WG may have strong support of those he brought into the register but at the end of the day money talks and b.s. walks, I'm sure the SP targets WG has given out via emails and conversations to holders have also been given to the larger hands and they will only wear it for so long.
