Hi Yowie, good points, but have you considered this,

AG could have ran to the hill after working with FGR as a consultant for the past 12 months, He wasn't enjoying working at Thomas Swan, that is why he retired from working full time and started as a consultant with FGR, he has now become a full time employee of FGR to drive the UK expansion,

AGM vote, I am sure if WG wanted to kick out CM and PY he could have organised that at the AGM, Majority of the larger shareholders have entered the company due to WG, WG could swing the vote which ever way he wanted without having dirt on his hands (i.e any direct vote from himself against the exec)

Biggles post, I agree with him, I gave him a TU, I would also like to know where FS approval is or if they have started the process, are the sales into the fibre glass industry still happening or is this being delayed until we gain the NICNAS approval.
to be fair to CM, he isn't the promoter of the company, I am sure if he was the one in the presentation saying we are going to have sales by x or this was going to happen Biggles would have directed his comments to CM. CM and PY remuneration is high, although WG does believe they are worth it. It is impossible for us to tell if they are, If FGR become the largest graphene seller is it because of PY or CM, or is it because of AG. From everything I have been told about CM he is the one playing with the cell and coming up with solution for the washing, drying and sorting, who knows that might all be BS saying it is CM, but then again he might be the person driving this.

    FGR business model,

I always thought that FGR's plan to secure IP was to sell/give graphene to the end users to commercialise their IP, which would result in FGR taking a stake in the company for little to know exposure, you might be right that the BEST battery was a distraction to the market, Have you ever watched Skeleton Technologies production method to make a SC ?after watching that I could never see BB being able to be made at the speed of ST.

Who knows maybe the IP chase was a distraction until the company had a product (graphene) that was ready for the market, They must be kicking some goals with PureGRAPH being able to consistently produce the same product batch for batch, I don't believe many companies have achieved this.

New employees, Haven't the new members been working for FGR now for 3 months ? Shouldn't we have a update about the progress,
or was the QTR comment "Orders for several kilogram development quantities continued to be sold to overseas customers duringthe quarter."

BTW according to the VRS GEIC presentation day Forum posters, GEIC is still a few months away from opening to the market.
