    Chris has the recent Vic Gov announcement change your opinion on the possibility or the timing of this subject?

    Also do you think we could assume other similar contract are in the pipe-line, their are others like SA NSW WA TAS QLD etc, if HYO obtain 3 year contracts in any of these the current price will look cheap.
