How likely is Pure to trade below $8 if the offer closes Monday
IMHO, about 100% likely - the only thinig supporting the price is the chance of BG getting over 90% and thus paying $8.25
Once this goes, I reckon about $3.
If it was me, I would accept the offer. There again I bailed at $6.70, so what would I know (DOH)
