Seda I respect your right to express your view but it s legally quite wrong, let me explain.

ONLY THE SHAREHOLDERS CAN GET RID OF DIRECTOR, the Board of Directors of a company do not have the authority to sack a Director. SO DAVID ZOHAR WAS NOT FIRED. PERIOD. Your post was absolutely wrong and represents merely opinion and you should say as such.

Morevover, David Zohar is a successful buisiness man. Successful people become successful because they do not allow personal feelings to affect their buisiness judgement.

There was obviously a difference of opinion between the Directors regards matters that we are not privy too, and this lead to resignation of the Chairman and a Non Executive Director. That is all one can say about the matter. Anything else is just guess work or personal predjudice and should be disclosed as such.
