The best way to protect against a takeover is to do a great management job such as to maximise the share price.
No one wants to takeover a fully priced company.
There is a lot of value locked within Terrain and they must sdtart doing a better job unlocking that value.
The sale of the Coogee Gold Deposit will happen imo and then they can get drilling.
