Hello Climate Change. I did not realise St Barbara Limited owned 10% of TMX. That's great news. I think you are spot on in your interpretation. I'd love to see a counter bid.
I have no idea why David Zohar left TMX. I have no data and therefore I cannot comment positively or negatively. One could argue he got frustrated that Bundara was not being developped and resigned in frustration, but what we can infer is that it was acrimonious.
