sammy sparrow i agree seems A/ the t/o is dead in the market's eyes and B/ the shares seem fundamentally very cheap as nothing has happened to the company since all this Lift garbage......... I wouldn't want to have my shares owned by a liquidator though....... it's a fairly big impediment to any t/o going ahead right now.......... but the whispers are that bva has been stalked by several suitors for some time......... it's a mystery and asic should get involved in my opinion............
