I can remember when TAP bid for ARC and that shifted the share price first by wispers and later by the offer out of the teens.
It may just be mate helping mate. Remember AWE have their own issues. Either a takeover or once producion falls at Tui the market will kick them regardless of how rational or fair it is. Thats what the market does.
