My guess on your SB question would be maybe they are hedging their bets.
SB is far from proven and if it's a duster or n/c ARQ's market value would most certainly take a hit.
I'm not actually sure how much blue sky ARQ has - Canning is well underway and so far nothing but disappointment. That Dunsborough debacle was just salt in the wounds for me.
