Sheeran & Baumonte have sat on the HYR Board ever since the technology was acquired from Virotec; I'll bet you anything their offshore nominees also hold masses of promoter HYR stock "acquired" at a nominal price (Wray & Co as well) prior to then Vert-Eco* being floated!! Hence their enthusiasm for the takeover....
It'll be interesting to see whether the 2 recent substantial shareholder are acquiring are blocking stakes or greenmailing to attract a higher bid.
