(SOL) invested in clover when it was a private company (unlisted) with the founders of clover. As these unlisted companies grew (SOL) would float part off their holding to the public still retaining about 28 %. I don't think (SOL) are interested in an takeover just a return on their money.
Another company (SOL) floated was New Hope Corporation Limited (NHC) which (SOL) hold's about 61 %. (SOL) & the Drummond family hold around 42 % of (CLV). Still this could be a takeover BUT not by (SOL).
