I'll put facts on the table & you can decide, first I don't think their is or will be a takeover by (SOL) they are just an investor determined to get a return on their money. (BKW) & (SOL) have a cross holding in each other to ward off any takeover, (BKW) did hold (CLV) but a few years back (BKW) with all it's investments in various stocks floated them to the public & (BKW) & (SOL) & formed a LIC - Listed Investment Company (BKI) which hold (CLV).
For the record:
(SOL) hold 58.91 % of (BKW)
(BKW) hold 42.85 % of (SOL)
(BKW) hold 20.43 % of (BKI)
(SOL) hold 3.03 % of (BKI)
