Yep at these SP levels its a possible takeover target... I’ve touched on it a few times, but if you did do a takeover you’d split the assets and flog them off for perhaps;
- Plant new is $70-90m, could prob get $40-50m for RH... maybe more if NOVO was extra hungry
- Armada could prob get $10m
- Munni Munni - maybe $10-20m
- Patch 47 - maybe $5m
- Carlow Castle and surrounds $20-30m
- Other assets $5-10m+
Plus you’d walk into a pretty large amount of tax credits...
