I’m simply putting some high-level numbers on the table, the title of this thread is Takeover ... IF* ARV was taken over, the new owner could easily divide the assets and flog them all off for $100m+ without too much trouble. Not bad.
Cost doesnt equal value at RH either. My high-level valuations, aren’t hardcore low ball... their probably somewhat fair value to the right buyer.
