Hi Phoenix,

while I agree with your post regarding GCY reasons for hiring an adviser, your $0.50 price target will sadly not be met (don't get me wrong, I would love it to be met, as it would mean I would be back in the green after holding for a decade, but....) rarely do companies that have had issues get a T/O price that is fair.

My guess is it would be closer to $0.24 (or roughly, $120m market cap). 

We will see of course. More than enough players out there with cash to throw at GCY, plus build their second project etc.

Not trying to down ramp, just trying to be realistic.
