Mkr it is amazing how 2 people watch the same thing & get a diametric opposite view.
Yes Forager did not buy for the Takeover, they saw value went it fell on the day of the downgrade.
However when you listen to his comments at 14:20 he clearly thinks "the strategic rationale for a rationalisation is compelling..."
