    If IHA are happy to purchase chunks at ~80-90c to bring their holding to 19.9% this is a smoking gun to me. The chance of receiving price appreciation through a TO bid seems to far outweigh the chance of it falling through. Excellent risk/reward for my taste. Just a waiting game now.
