They have done it very smartly. I believe they would lodge a really good order soon.
considering they acquired their 20% at around avg price of 60c or there about so a $2 per share offer for the company would really be $1.7 for them but price everyone out of market.
As long as they dont try to be too cheap I'm relatively sure we are going to see a hectic offer
