No chance of that happening with KAI. I believe if land is pegged and no exploration is performed on that land within a set time (18mths?) then another entity can attempt to peg/lay claim, but one of KAI's strongest assets is their $10mil cash backing that allows them plenty of freedom to explore at will. $10mil cash for a company with a market cap of just $34mil and other projects on the go is a fairly safe bet in my opinion. Especially when you consider the quality of personnel on board
