    Each to their own Estseon. I wouldn't blame anyone for holding on here ,I think you and I have agreed on the potential value of the asset.

    The offer is still a big premium ,anything could happen over the next 5 months ,including I guess a higher offer ,but perhaps I'm just getting a bit careful in my old age
