I haven't looks at the conditions of the takeover, but I am wondering i this one might be better off remaining listed,and minority holders staying. Those were good results today. NMS got an offer for 3c-3.2c (on of those), but is now @ 3.7c, as not all holders sold. IVA being sold for 22c is a disgrace.
