Let me tell you... the value in the Hyro business is in iDaptive.. the rest of the business was shot to bits. The creative department down from 20 employees down to 2, strategy dept down from 7 to 1 and most of the key personnel gone... company has gone from 300 staff to probably less than 100 now.. up until early this year they had 100% of their sales force resign/replaced... probably a good thing though and it needed it but the problem is that it takes several months for a new sales team to create a solid services pipeline.. we are talking about a business that has gone from $50M revenues down to $20M in just on 3 years and that does not include the sale of the Synergy business..

I'm not bitter.. I just want a return on my investment..
