Nic dont forget there will be another NTA in early Jan!
If there bid is open until late Jan why sell not knowing what the next NTA is

Also I doubt INE think they will get all of AYT. If you look at the share registry 1 non INE holder has just under 20%. Dont think they would be silly enough to give up their holding at this price.

My guess is that INE will just collect as much of AYT as they can and put pressure on the Fund managers to maximse the return
