Question: SOL has a 60% holding? Does this mean that SOL is not interested in making a play for NHC? Does SOL want the cash for some other purpose? Doesn't SOL want to de-list from the ASX?
It's all very peculiar?
I personally thought SOL would takeover NHC but this recent announcement suggests to me that SOL wants to divest it' investment.
