    Hey Todays

    >I notice your last past was in Sept and this is your first post on AHR. But you hold the stock and recommend AHR as a BUY.

Yeah, rare poster :) I stayed away from HC, as I mainly invested in physical silver this year, and generally the posts on HC regarding silver are low standard.

I generally post on asxguru (and twitter), which is a paid subscription. The forum is keeping a very close eye on this stock.

I own AHR, although have not completed my desired holding. Its a fairly logical investment decision, China will not reopen many of the closed antimony mines, nor will the quotas be relaxed. I like the small market cap and the antimony story.

    >I also would be agreeable to accept an Unconditional cash offer between $0.40 to $0.46 but I was hoping over $0.50

I'd like an offer of $1, but its a significant premium for the current JORC. Although, one recent lesson is that market sentiment and not fundamentals currently drive stocks - for examples some rare earth stocks are uneconomically priced, if TOTAL global demand is worth $1.25B yet investors think LYC alone is worth $2.7B?

If, the market ever understands the importance of antimony then the SP could literally hit $2 (assuming the resource is expanded and the antimony price continues the upward trend).

My acceptable offer range was simply based on the JORC, IGV and other related offers. Obviously mining antimony is not like mining coal/iron ore hence the lower value. It'll be interesting to see the directors response, I expect they will strongly reject and a fairer offer will be put forward.

Lastly, it was disappointing that the offer only discussed the terms relative to the SP, clearly the SP has been pegged to the rights offer and therefore does not value the Wild Cattle upgrade.

    good luck with your investing
