    Hey inxs,

    The reason that I believe that the sp is lower that the offer is that most people IMO see little benefit in paying 28c if the directors accept the offer (which I don?t believe will happen).

    Others which paid 28c this morning most likely share my opinion that there will be a renegotiation and a higher offer.
