80 cents per share is still too cheap. That would mean they pay $40 million for a $300 million resource. Sounds to good to be true for the buyer.


Just a side question. If there is a takeover do we have to pay Capital gains Tax? I'm thinking this would be a pretty big incentive for the top 20 investors if we do not have to pay the tax.

My figure would be over a $1......
