thanks todays. i couldn't find anything and I emailed 20/12 the lawyer Michael Wilton at Norton Rose to get a background of the company...no reply. typical.
Chairman Wang Gan; it was one thing that was missing (read unprofessional) to not include a briefing or background, at least a link, about the company making the bid at the very least to "sell" how good they are to shareholders.
