The takeover company Sunstar Capital Pty was registered with ASIC on the SAME day, 20.12.10, that the takeover offer was made, registered office with a 3008 postcode which isn't the lawyers.
What this says is that they had set up/use offices in Melbourne (sorry can someone else find reg. office) while in discussions in NSW, had applied for company rego and upon getting it couldn't get it soon enough to let rip with the takeover offer.
