True enough Oz, theoretical values are one thing but commercial realities are another altogether.
In reality i reckon that any bidder would be more likely to offer somewhere in the range of 30-40cps, given where the sp is currently.
I havent heard of a takeover being lobbed at a 200% premium to current sp
My understanding is that 2p reserves and exploration are pretty heavily discounted in these type of transactions

Hopefully there will be more than one suitor and a bit of competition will see us get the best result
