I wonder if ASF have picked up all the shares from their puppet holders yet? Maybe waiting to see what management try and do. I expect another 249D if any major dilution looks like coming ASFs way.
From memory AIV did have some graphite and potash potential so maybe a bit of work around that might allow them to get some SIs lined up to issue some shares to.
