Seems there are others who also think creating an "association of like minded investors" is one sensible way to protect against any unwanted takeover moves.

With the CXX SP starting to drift downwards again, anything is possible. It could be people panicking over Brexit, or it could be people panicking over the prospect of Ozzie having a hung Parliament....or it could be something more sinister?
I must admit, I do like the idea of being part of "an association of like minded investors" - especially if that association collectively holds more than 10% of the votes.
Does anyone have any thoughts on any of this?
