AVJ has been mentioned as one of the parties running the ruler over DVN in the media along with the usual suspects - Stockland, Villa World, etc.

Unless they make a scrip offer or do a big cap raise, AVJ couldn't takeover DVN. Given the time this process is taking I'm wondering if rather than one party swallowing DVN whole, the individual assets aren't sold off to various parties - some to VLW (did a recent cap raise), some to AVJ, etc.

Should get an update soon. Not sure if they have announced when they are releasing their half yearly???
