Yer Switters I agree there isnt much of a case for a bidding war. The best case scenario is an increase in the offer by SABMiller.
Hopefuly FGL directors can finally earn their keep and push for an increased offer.
I just read another article (sorry forgot to grab the link but it was on Google news feed) that based on global beverage deals a price between $5.20 - $5.80 would be fair value.
I would consider anything about $5.20 as cream.
