Just listening to SKY Business and SABMiller are basing their offer on 12x EBITA for 2011-12 financial year.
Kirin purchased Lion Nathan on a multiple of 12, however across the global market multiples have ranged for 12-16 times.
Comments were basically that this is an introductory offer and they do expect that there is more to unfold over the coming weeks.
