Not sure but I keep thinking the synergies that will come from swallowing up the remainder of the company would fund at least half the remaining price . Not to mention that most of the purchase price will be asset backed and very little would be paid for the IP and distribution. Moreover the weak sentiment would add to any success of a reasonable bid , and by reasonable I mean 140-150
