If Novomatic do bid for the rest not owned then it's the biggest stitch up I've ever been a part of.

They said they are happy with the current level of ownership and things would stay static for the foreseeable future. I can't see the benefit to them. They would have to outlay another 100mill + to gain what? They already have fast tracked access to the markets they wanted.

I think at the end of the day ALL have smashed not only us but other competitors as well. I don't see anything untoward happening here. Tax loss selling, instos bailing out, there's been no good news for years. Why would you want to own them? Next thing might be no final divie. Can't see how they can pay one after the recent revelations. That would be another downward pressure catalyst unfortunately.

I haven't seen squat as far as a improvement in the AGI shareholders situation goes due to the transaction. I wish I had voted no, as I think everyone else does.
