Yes Genesys don' promote upfront but customers take it.
PBX - sorry mate it's not. Take up on hosted telephony is rising but it will kick on for a while. Cisco, Avaya, Mitel will be powerhouses for some time.
But, the Cloud is eventually going to be the future but it will take some time, hopefully DUB can get themselves sorted in time to take advantage.
I'll be keen to see the take up numbers in the next quarterly.
