Technology - as I've said before there are a number of call recording companies out there who've been doing it longer than Dubber.

From what I can see, the only differential for Dubber is that they have a hosted platform and its cheap. Mind you there's a number of hosted recording companies already integrated with various platforms but I'm not sure how they differ but it seems Dubber markets themselves pretty well.

Everyone has speech analytics and integrations into PBX vendors and broadsoft and a lot can hook up a new customer site in a couple of hours.

What you should be holding onto as a sp growth hope is their efforts in onboarding telcos and putting account managers in to make sure that their customers are contacted and encouraged to take up the service.

Getting a telco contract means bugger all because a lot of customers won't want call recording and nearly all will already have assets they won't want to pay again for. You've already seen that though.

The current 50m market cap is so ridiculously inflated next to the 700k annual revenue though, so future plans have to be vastly different than what's come before.

However, if the contract is to provide recording as an embedded feature of a hosted telephony / UC or contact centre platform for an existing and growing customer base at $x a month per seat then that's a different story.
