    I didn't realise when I posted about BPT the other night being a potential acquire there was formal speculation bot was sniffing around.
    Bpt has 15o-175 m cash and and few hundred million lending facility . With AWEs market market cap of 220 m even a premium of 50% could be done without breaking a sweat, although I imagine an initial bid premium would be nearer to 40%. BPT has the cash flow to accelerate Watsia and fund AAL without farm down
    Bought another 50k units at 41.5 . Now holding 300k shares and will try and take it to 450-500k soon
