sigh...
aud gold price has barely changed in past 2 months
gold stocks fell heavily while gold spot was still rising
now the biggest pure aud gold stocks are starting to rise back toward fair value - nst, sbm, rr etc
the stocks with offshore earnings or less int he spotlight - sar, rsg etc offer much better value (rsg currently on fy17 ev/ebitda of 3.6 vs sbm on 5.6) but only just starting to bottom
imo the revaluation has nothing to do with takeover talk - and everything to do with preparing for a second major elliott wave in gold stocks.
spot price is driven down to help buyers accumulate cheap positions
