At 37c they certainly do become a target ,,, secure contracts and the exposure to China ,,, some one wants out ,, or it could be another insto getting in as it gives an insto a good in ,,, when the last insto joined the ranks they manipulated the stock down big time ,,, buying and selling over and over flushing out the nervous holders.
