it doesnt surprise this has been an accumulator of various businesses over the past 2 years, with such a large number to consolidate a takeover surely would be unlikely given the shareholder register.

will be interesting to see how they fund this as even if 36m less 4m in equity to aldridge leaves 32m when they have 2.6m in cash at last 1/4erly.

i think macq and q'land state super etc will take a big chunk of equity again though, makes sense as it is a relatively small holding for any insto.
