That is payments to advisers - not payments to dealer groups.

Dealer groups will continue to get volume rebates.

Count is a dealer group.

Therefore will continue to receive these payments (which like all dealer groups would constitute a large chunk of income).

A lot of volume rebates do not get passed on to the individual advisers underneath the dealer groups unless there are special arrangements in place, i.e. the adviser generates a substantial portion of the dealer goup's overall income.
