Norton Rose is a first class International Firm I can't understand how this has all gone so badly. Badly for all parties involved.
I'm getting mail and calls now about an offer from a new Chinese company who are represented by a man who can't spell and offering me a price per share that is shameless. As I have said before this seems to be going on longer than Blue Hills. But the plot line is as deep as ?My Kitchen rules?. Winner takes all. But we have not entered the kitchen yet.
IF just one of the bidders,or reps are reading this (and why would they not) and you want AHR.AX go back to Norton Rose give the partner a word version of spell check and the AHR email address and offer 42 cents you may get a reaction. An offer of 28 cents faxed is pointless.
