Take a look at the Second Amended Bidders Statement.It now says that Sunstar will keep all shares they aqcuire under the offer as FIRB have no objection to them owning the company outright.IMO do not sell because this indicates to me that one way or another,they want AHR and will try to aquire as many as possible cheaply first before having to cough up more money.I have no info on the drilling program,but I would have thought they will start drilling soon as they have the money for it.
