I had expected something like this to emerge also.
I fully expect a second at 36cents and if need be a third offer at 45 cents. While disappointed I would expect 45cents to be their top offer.
The hurdle could be Norton Rose sending out badly spelt offers again to buy time once more. Mind you it would be silly to play that card again.
I read that Nut has been disappointed with the scoping study; I agree with him it could have been more positive. There is a general lack of information coming from AHR and with dueling phone tag currently going on it would be a great time for AHR directors to take the higher ground get on the phone and tell us clearly why we should not sell. I?m still holding because if I do and the second offer comes in next week, I will make more money not selling AHR than working.
