I believe AHR has a world-class Antimony deposit hence the takeover interest.

AHR is at a major turning point due to the potential of the Antimony deposit. Moving from an explorer to a project the development phase then mining.
This requires a very different set of expertise and therefore a restructure employing expensive driving experts.

I am disappointed AHR has not proactively driven the project to date and I look forward to a new drive.
Yes AHR has received what they consider to be an opportunistic offer. But Sunstar have recognised AHRs strengths and weaknesses and are cashing in on it.
Clearly AHR is venerable due to inaction.
Now somehow AHR and its M & D consultants have to develop a strategy turn this around.

As mentioned before AHR was originally floated July 2007 @ $0.20 Directors original outlay
    Gary bought 1.85 Mil Shares @ $0.20 Cost $370,000.
    Grant bought 1.7Mil Shares @ $0.20 Cost $340,000.
    Trevor 200,000 Shares 2 $0.20 $40,000.
Obviously since floating they have taken up SPPs and received free options etc.

BUT at the end of the day after 4 Years later they are being offered $0.28 or a 40% increase.

I don?t know what the directors are thinking but considering the potential dilution to take the project to the next stage I know what I would do.

Please DYOR and make you own decision.
