Dear Todays I really believe that you are correct, with some qualifications. On the issue of time, this is a problem we all have. A well formulated reply to the bidder needs to be put in place by AHR.AX; this will take time and require many hours with our legal team. First question we should ask ?is spell check is on all the computers? we do not want to be in a fabricated time lock to what appears to have been a deliberate mistake to buy more time. The scoping study will have been highly detailed and have information that may be of commercial benefit to AHR (not released to us) and will form part of ongoing talks with the bidder. Really the conclusion to part one of this matter is closer today than yesterday. That extra 15 or so cents offer per share we expect is also closer than yesterday. As I said before I will make more money waiting for the second offer than selling at below 28 cents. If there is a second offer made. What we should be told is when will the new round of drilling start or if it is underway. What are the expectations as a result of the drilling program. Overall I have the same concerns but believe we still hold tight and collectively we benefit.
